Pengertian produktivitas menurut William B. Werther dan Keith Davis
(1993: 9) adalah : “Productivity is ratio of an organization’s output (good and
services) to inputs (people, capital, material and energy)”. Sedangkan menurut
James A.F. Stoner (1995: 586) dalam bukunya Manajemen, adalah : “Productivity
the ratio of output to input, is a measure of
